    Choosing a plan

Pick Starter, Professional, or Business for Bounty CRM—or build with add-ons.

Use this guide to choose a Bounty CRM tier. Full price tables live on /pricing; you can also assemble options on /pricing/build.

    Quick comparison

    • Starter ($49/mo) — Small teams running contacts, jobs, estimates, and invoices. Add modules only as you need them.
    • Professional ($129/mo) — Complete ops stack: payments, mobile field app, contracts, Price Book, Timekeeping, custom email domain, more seats/jobs/storage.
    • Business ($249/mo) — Same modules as Professional with higher caps (seats, jobs, storage) for larger shops. You’ll see it labeled Business on pricing and billing.

    Decision steps

    1. Count people who need login access each month (seats) and rough jobs per month.
    2. List must-have modules: online payments, mobile app, contracts, Price Book, Timekeeping, custom email domain.
    3. If you need most of those modules, Professional is usually cheaper than Starter + every add-on.
    4. If you only need one or two extras, start on Starter and add them individually.
    5. If you’re fine on modules but hitting caps, prefer Business or usage blocks—Business is higher capacity, not a different feature set.
    6. Start the 45-day trial from /auth or /pricing, then upgrade in Settings → Billing when ready.

    Add-ons & usage

Feature add-ons unlock modules. Usage add-ons raise seats, jobs, or storage without changing the feature set. Details: /docs/settings/billing.

Not available yet: SMS notifications (Twilio), a separate Customer Portal & Online Booking product, marketing automation, and advanced analytics. Public accept/pay/sign links still work with document workflows—they’re not that product.
