Settings

    Profile & security

Manage your Bounty CRM account, appearance preferences, password, Face ID / Touch ID, passkeys, and data requests.

Personal settings cover your user account—not the whole company. In the web CRM, open Profile (or the personal settings area) for Account, Appearance, and Security. On the native field app, Profile → Security also covers Face ID / Touch ID and forgetting this device. Company-wide branding and subscription billing stay under Settings.

    Account

    • Update your name and contact details used across the CRM.
    • Upload or change your personal avatar where available.
    • Company name, logo, and address remain on Settings → Company—see /docs/settings/company. Workflow defaults (signature, regional, invoice) are under App Settings—see /docs/settings/app.

    Appearance

Appearance preferences are per user and don’t change what customers see on documents.

    • Schedule default — Choose how the jobs schedule opens for you (for example your preferred calendar/list starting view).
    • Time format — Prefer 12-hour or 24-hour clocks in the UI.

    Security

    Password

Change your password from Security when you’re signed in. If you’ve forgotten it and can’t sign in, use /auth/forgot-password instead (see /docs/getting-started/account).

Face ID / Touch ID (native)

On the native iOS field app, enable Face ID or Touch ID under Profile → Security to unlock the app after it’s locked. You can forget this device to clear the remembered biometric sign-in. Passkeys for website passwordless login are managed separately at /auth/passkeys.

    Apple & Google

If you signed in with Apple or Google, your account is linked to that provider. You can still add a password or passkeys for backup access. Sign-in options are available on /auth and in the native login flow.

    Passkeys

Register device passkeys for passwordless sign-in on the marketing-site auth flow. Manage them at /auth/passkeys on this site (native field app directs you there). Remove passkeys for lost devices promptly.

    Data export and deletion

Security includes privacy controls for requesting an export of your data or deletion where applicable. Account owners should understand that deleting an account or requesting erasure can affect the whole workspace—coordinate with your team before submitting destructive requests.

For privacy or account-deletion questions beyond self-serve controls, email customerservice@praevisio.co. See also our Privacy Policy and Terms on this site.
