Releases

    What’s new

Recent changes and improvements in Bounty CRM — written for customers, not engineers.

This page highlights what we’ve shipped lately so you can stay curious about the product without digging through internal changelogs. For the full alpha snapshot and known limits, see /docs/releases/alpha. For what’s still ahead, see /docs/releases/planned.

Dates reflect when work landed for alpha testers. UI labels and layouts can still shift as we learn from feedback.

    Week of August 26, 2026

    Dashboard metrics

    • Help tooltips show what each metric means and the concrete date range it covers.
    • Choose This month, This quarter, or Year to date per metric (web and field app).
    • Period controls live in Customize mode so day-to-day cards stay clean.

    Dashboard schedule

    • On web, browsing weeks or months in the Schedule widget no longer jumps your selected day.
    • Sunday dates use softer styling so today stays easy to spot.

    Tablet Home

    • Arrange and resize Home widgets more freely (press-hold to edit, then drag and snap).
    • Metrics sit in a clearer band with schedule and activity feed side by side.

    Document defaults

    • Set company default estimate disclaimer and validity days so new estimates start filled in.
    • Set default contract terms that prefill when you create or generate a contract (web and mobile).

    Company branding

    • Preview any customer email or PDF type from Settings → Company Branding before you send.
    • Previews use the same pipelines as real sends, including your logo, address, and default document terms.
    • Customer and staff emails render with cleaner sans-serif typography instead of falling back to Times New Roman.

    Field app polish

    • Smoother pull-to-refresh on phone and tablet hubs.
    • Save check (FAB) behaves more reliably when the keyboard is open.
    • Browsing month or week on the schedule no longer jumps your selected day.
    • Billing and list scrolling, notes fields, and price-book sheets feel steadier on tablet.
    • Native iOS sign-in should stay signed in more reliably — including across days on TestFlight.

    Settings layout

    • Field app Settings grouped into Personal, Workspace, and Account.
    • Workflow (formerly App Settings) uses drill-down pages for signature, regional, document defaults, and jobs.
    • Web CRM settings now match that structure: Personal (Profile + Appearance), Workspace, and Desktop.
    • Notifications on web use a cleaner single-column layout instead of dense toggle grids.

    Notifications

    • Web CRM now has Settings → Notifications (aligned with the field app).
    • Clearer customer email reminders for jobs and contracts.
    • More team email alert options (including contract signed, document viewed, upcoming job, and invoice overdue).
    • Push alerts are personal — each person chooses what they get on their own device.
    • Team alerts respect permissions: people only receive alerts for modules they can access, and recipient pickers list eligible teammates only.
