Releases
Planned releases
Upcoming Bounty CRM work: beta launch (App Store listing, QuickBooks, 2FA), then post-launch items like recurring invoicing.
This roadmap reflects current plans and may change as we learn from alpha testers. Dates and scope can move; we’ll update these notes as commitments firm up.
Beta launch — October 2026
We plan to open a broader Bounty CRM beta in October 2026. Beta means wider access beyond the current alpha cohort, with clearer onboarding, more polished web and mobile experiences, and continued iteration on core contractor workflows.
- Goal — Invite more shops to run day-to-day operations on Bounty with production-minded expectations.
- Focus — Stability, billing clarity, documentation, and closing known alpha gaps called out in /docs/releases/alpha.
- How to join — If you want early access or to be notified as beta approaches, email customerservice@praevisio.co.
Beta launch is a target window, not a guarantee that every beta-track item below ships on the same day. Individual features may land before or after October 2026.
Toward beta
Mobile field app on the Apple App Store
A public Apple App Store listing is still planned for beta so technicians can install Bounty like any other iOS app. A native iOS shell is already in TestFlight for early testers—teams can also use the mobile web field app. See /docs/features/mobile.
- Why it matters — Easier distribution for crews, clearer updates, and a familiar install path for iPhone users.
- What to expect — Public store listing, install/update through Apple, and continued feature parity work with the web field experience.
- Until then — Use the mobile web field app, or TestFlight when invited, as documented in /docs/features/mobile.
QuickBooks
Accounting sync with QuickBooks is planned for the beta track. Today the Integrations card is visible as coming soon—nothing syncs yet. See /docs/settings/integrations.
- Goal — Keep invoices, payments, and customer data aligned with your books without double entry.
- Until then — Continue exporting or entering accounting data in your existing bookkeeping workflow.
Two-factor authentication (2FA)
We plan stronger sign-in options beyond what’s live today: two-factor authentication for shops that require an extra factor. Sign in with Apple or Google, plus passkeys, are already available—see /docs/getting-started/account and /docs/settings/profile.
- Why it matters — An extra factor for shops that require MFA policies.
- Until then — Use password, Apple/Google, or passkeys on the marketing-site auth flow.
Available now (not waiting on beta)
Tiered Good / Better / Best estimates are available now: turn on Present package options when creating or editing an estimate (see /docs/features/estimates). Timekeeping (day clocks, job labor, timesheets) is also live on Professional and Business, or as an add-on—see /docs/features/timekeeping. Sign in with Apple or Google and Face ID / Touch ID on the native field app are live in alpha.
Post-launch
After broader beta, we plan a next wave of work. This list will grow; the first committed theme is automated recurring invoicing.
Recurring invoicing
Recurring invoicing will automatically generate invoices on a schedule for maintenance plans, service agreements, and other repeat billable work—so office staff aren’t recreating the same invoice every month.
- Define cadence (for example monthly or quarterly) and next run dates.
- Reuse line items, customers, and terms from a template or prior invoice.
- Pair naturally with Contracts for agreement-backed service relationships (Contracts exist today; automated recurring generation is the post-launch piece).
More post-launch items will be announced here as priorities firm up. Recurring invoicing is not promised for beta day.
Also on the radar
- Calendar sync (shown as coming soon under Integrations today).
- Reports UI (full reporting experience deferred in alpha).
- Website form → CRM lead capture (marketing site submissions into Contacts).
