Billing & plans
Manage your Bounty CRM subscription, add-ons, usage, and Stripe billing portal.
Settings → Billing is where you manage your subscription to Bounty CRM—plan tier, feature add-ons, usage blocks, and the Stripe billing portal for payment methods and invoices.
Plans
Paid tiers (annual billed at a lower monthly equivalent):
- Starter — $39/mo ($29/mo billed annually) — 1 seat, 20 GB. Core CRM including payments.
- Pro — $119/mo ($99/mo billed annually) — 5 seats, 100 GB. Adds Timekeeping, Contracts, Price Book, and Custom Email Domain.
- Business — $239/mo ($199/mo billed annually) — 10 seats, 200 GB. Same modules as Pro with Priority support and white-glove onboarding.
New companies do not get a cardless trial. Starter and Pro monthly plans are $0 for the first two months while that offer is on (through January 13, 2027), then the plan price. Business is full price. Compare tiers on /pricing or /pricing/build. Guidance: /docs/guides/choosing-a-plan.
Feature add-ons
On Starter you can add modules individually (shown only when not already included in your plan):
- Timekeeping — $20/mo
- Price Book — $20/mo
- Contracts — $20/mo
- Custom Email Domain — $15/mo
Pro and Business already include workforce modules; you won’t see them as purchase options unless something is missing from your plan. Payments are included on every paid tier. The Bounty CRM app on the App Store is free to download; team members sign in with their company account. SMS is coming soon and is not sold in this beta.
Usage: seats and storage
Each plan includes licensed seats and pooled storage (20 GB per included seat). Extra seats are $19/mo and include +20 GB. Additional storage is $5 per 10 GB. We do not charge by jobs per month.
- Seats — Extra licensed seats ($19/mo, includes +20 GB).
- Storage — Extra 10 GB overage blocks ($5/mo).
Invoice payment processing
When you collect an invoice online, Stripe processes the payment on your connected account. Processing fees come out of your payout — invoice customers pay the invoice total. Bounty does not add a platform fee on cards. Bank (ACH) payments are 1% total from your payout (Stripe’s ACH fee plus Bounty’s share).
- Cards — Stripe’s card processing (typically 2.9% + $0.30). No extra Bounty fee.
- Bank / ACH — 1% total from your payout (Stripe + Bounty). Invoice customers are not charged extra.
- You earn $10 back for every $5,000 in settled ACH in a calendar month. Settings → Billing shows this month’s settled total and how much you’ll get back on your next Bounty bill.
Stripe billing portal
Use Manage Billing on the subscription card to open the Stripe billing portal. There you can update payment methods, download subscription invoices/receipts, and manage payment details. Plan upgrades and add-on purchases from inside the CRM typically go through Stripe Checkout, then your plan features refresh after payment succeeds.
Marketing site vs in-app billing
Bounty CRM has two purchase surfaces that must stay aligned:
- Marketing — /pricing and /pricing/build show catalog prices and can start Checkout for new customers.
- In-app — Settings → Billing (and subscribe flows) show live plans and charge through Stripe for upgrades, add-ons, and usage.
Prices and included features should match across both. If something looks wrong after checkout, refresh the page or sign out/in; plan features update when Stripe finishes processing the payment.
Business plan naming
You’ll see Business everywhere in the product UI and marketing. When talking to support or reading invoices, Business is the correct display name.
