    Billing & plans

Manage your Bounty CRM subscription, add-ons, usage, and Stripe billing portal.

Settings → Billing is where you manage your subscription to Bounty CRM—plan tier, feature add-ons, usage blocks, and the Stripe billing portal for payment methods and invoices.

    Plans

Paid tiers (monthly; annual is about 15% off):

    • Starter — $49/mo — 2 seats (monthly active users), 100 jobs/mo, 10 GB storage. Core modules: dashboard, contacts, jobs & dispatch, estimates, invoicing, team.
    • Professional — $129/mo — 5 seats, 500 jobs/mo, 50 GB. Adds payment processing, mobile field app, contracts, file storage, custom email domain, Price Book, and Timekeeping.
    • Business — $249/mo — 10 seats, 1,500 jobs/mo, 200 GB. Same complete ops stack as Professional with higher capacity. You’ll see it labeled Business on pricing and billing.

Free trial is 45 days with Starter-equivalent modules. Compare tiers on /pricing or build a custom stack on /pricing/build. Guidance: /docs/guides/choosing-a-plan.

    Feature add-ons

On Starter you can add modules individually (shown only when not already included in your plan):

    • Payment Processing — $25/mo
    • Mobile Field App — $29/mo (flat for your company)
    • Contracts — $49/mo
    • Price Book — $49/mo
    • Timekeeping — $29/mo
    • Custom Email Domain — $19/mo

Professional and Business already include these modules; you won’t see them as purchase options unless something is missing from your plan. SMS Notifications is deferred for MVP and is not sold.

    Usage: seats, jobs, and storage

Each plan includes base seats (monthly active users), jobs per month, and storage. When you need more, buy usage blocks from Billing:

    • Seats — Extra seat packs (for example +1 or +5).
    • Jobs — Extra monthly job capacity (for example +100, +250, +500).
    • Storage — Extra GB blocks (for example +10, +50, +100 GB).

    Stripe billing portal

Use Manage Billing on the subscription card to open the Stripe billing portal. There you can update payment methods, download subscription invoices/receipts, and manage payment details. Plan upgrades and add-on purchases from inside the CRM typically go through Stripe Checkout, then your plan features refresh after payment succeeds.

    Marketing site vs in-app billing

Bounty CRM has two purchase surfaces that must stay aligned:

    • Marketing — /pricing and /pricing/build show catalog prices and can start Checkout for new customers.
    • In-app — Settings → Billing (and subscribe flows) show live plans and charge through Stripe for upgrades, add-ons, and usage.

Prices and included features should match across both. If something looks wrong after checkout, refresh the page or sign out/in; plan features update when Stripe finishes processing the payment.

    Business plan naming

You’ll see Business everywhere in the product UI and marketing. When talking to support or reading invoices, Business is the correct display name.
