Integrations
Connect Stripe and SendGrid in Bounty CRM. SMS/Twilio, Calendar, and QuickBooks are coming later.
Open Settings → Integrations in the web CRM. Which connectors you see depends on what’s in your plan—for example Stripe appears when Payment Processing is included or purchased.
Manage integrations on desktop. The mobile field app is built for field work; connecting Stripe, SendGrid, and reviewing coming-soon connectors should be done in the web CRM.
Stripe (payments)
Stripe processes payments for customer collection on invoices (and related pay flows). Connect your Stripe account from the Integrations tab, then complete any onboarding Stripe requests.
- Requires Payment Processing (included on Professional and Business, or available as a Starter add-on).
- After connecting, customers can pay via public pay links when you send invoices.
- Your subscription to Bounty is separate—managed under Settings → Billing via Stripe Checkout and the billing portal. See /docs/settings/billing.
SendGrid (email & custom domain)
Outbound customer email (estimates, invoices, notices) goes through SendGrid. With Custom Email Domain (Professional / Business, or Starter add-on), you can verify your domain so messages send from your brand address instead of a shared platform sender.
- Follow the DNS / verification steps shown in the SendGrid card.
- Keep SPF, DKIM, and related records in place so deliverability stays healthy.
- For a full setup walkthrough, see /docs/guides/email-sms-setup.
Coming soon / later
- SMS / Twilio — Customer SMS is deferred for MVP; not available to connect yet.
- Calendar — External calendar sync is planned; the card is visible as coming soon.
- QuickBooks — Accounting sync is planned; the card is visible as coming soon.
