    Alpha release notes

What’s live in the Bounty CRM alpha, known limitations, and how to send feedback.

Bounty CRM is in alpha. Early testers can run real contractor workflows on web and mobile while we harden the product. Features and UI may change based on your feedback.

Broader beta access is planned for October 2026. See /docs/releases/planned for the beta track and target window.

    What’s live

    Apps & access

    • Marketing site — Pricing, plan builder, auth (sign up / sign in with email, Apple, or Google), passkeys, password reset.
    • Web CRM — Full office experience: modules, team, settings, integrations, subscription billing.
    • Mobile field app — Field-friendly jobs, schedule, contacts, and billing actions (some admin tasks remain desktop-only). Native iOS via TestFlight for invited testers; public App Store listing still planned.

    Modules

    • Dashboard — Day-at-a-glance for the business.
    • Contacts — Customer and contact management.
    • Projects — Project organization alongside jobs where enabled.
    • Jobs & dispatch — Scheduling, assignment, field execution, and reschedule (new job + document chain transfer).
    • Estimates & invoices — Create, send, track; convert estimate → invoice.
    • Contracts — Templates, e-sign, and handoff (available on Professional and Business, or as an add-on on Starter).
    • Price Book — Sellable catalog (not full stock inventory).
    • Team & roles — Users plus custom roles.
    • Timekeeping — Day attendance clocks, per-job labor, and timesheets (Professional and Business, or as an add-on).
    • Communications — Transactional email when SendGrid is connected. SMS is coming later.

    Customer-facing document links

    • Accept estimate — Public page for customers to review and accept quotes.
    • Pay invoice — Public page for online payment when Stripe is connected.
    • Sign contract — Public e-sign / handoff for contracts.

These flows ship with document workflows. They are not a separate Customer Portal & Online Booking product (not available in alpha). See /docs/guides/public-links-handoff and /docs/faq.

    Settings & billing

    • Company branding, regional defaults, hours, invoice defaults, staff email alerts.
    • Integrations: Stripe and SendGrid live; SMS/Twilio deferred for MVP; Calendar and QuickBooks shown as coming soon.
    • Retention policies per file type.
    • Plans (Starter / Professional / Business), add-ons, usage blocks, Stripe billing portal.
    • Native field app — Face ID / Touch ID app lock, optional staff push notifications, durable cache plus jobs/contacts mutation outbox when briefly offline (not full offline-first).

    Known limitations

    • Reports — Reporting UI is deferred; don’t expect a full Reports experience in alpha.
    • SMS / Twilio — Not available for MVP; use email for customer sends.
    • Calendar sync & QuickBooks — Shown as coming soon under Integrations; not available yet (QuickBooks is on the beta track—see /docs/releases/planned).
    • UI may change — Layouts, labels, and navigation can shift as we incorporate alpha feedback.
    • Mobile scope — Field workflows are prioritized; subscription billing and integration management stay on web.
    • Roadmap — Public App Store listing, QuickBooks, and 2FA are planned toward beta; recurring invoicing is post-launch—see /docs/releases/planned. Good/Better/Best estimates, Timekeeping, Apple/Google sign-in, and Face ID / Touch ID are available now.

    Feedback

Report bugs, rough edges, and feature requests to customerservice@praevisio.co. Include what you expected, what happened, and screenshots or device details when you can. More tips: /docs/support.

Alpha access is for learning and early production use at your own comfort level. Keep backups of critical customer paperwork outside the CRM if your process requires it.
